Being Sovereign - How To Act
There is a great movement worldwide that is gaining so much momentum that it is terrifying the elite Powers That Be to the point that there is a great deal of misinformation on TV and the internet to attempt to suppress the movement. Calling it the Sovereign Citizen Movement is one example of misinformation. The term sovereign citizen is a contradiction of terms or also known as an oxymoron. Why? Because a citizen is a slave and a sovereign is a ruler. It is kind of like a virgin prostitute. You are one or the other, black or white, hot or cold, rich or poor. There are no shades of grey here...
Someone suggested I create this blog because too many people in the Sovereign Movement are doing paperwork and attempting to correct their status from US citizen to American State National, and then wrongfully believing that they are immune to the prosecution of statutory policies and getting into trouble and being arrested.
Now all that being said, what too many do not realize is that paperwork alone is not effective in allowing us to expatriate from corporate policy presumptions and be completely immune to prosecution because our actions are more important in determining our sovereignty than government forms or words on paper. It all has to do with the Form and Substance Doctrine which means what you say and do has more to do with the outcome of a court case than the documents you file and record into the case.
And what really makes us sovereign is understanding that PUBLIC SERVANTS are our employees because we are the boss who pays taxes and created the city, county, state and federal government. And what we create, we own. Which is why they want us to consent and agree to be identified by the ALL CAPS CORPORATE NAME 'they' created and then they can act like they own us. Of course, for all this to work and we be enslaved by words on paper we must be completely ignorant of a great scam of epic proportions that is taking place right in front of our eyes. In Isaiah 61 it speaks of giving sight to the blind and setting the captives free, and I believe it prophesizes what is happening now.
